  1. Use the email address you used to purchase Restrict Content Pro to reset your iThemes password.
  2. Use the username provided in the password reset email to log in to the iThemes Member Panel.

Your Restrict Content Pro account is now located in the iThemes Member Panel. From there, you can download your Restrict Content Pro plugins, including the base plugin and all add-ons. You can also manage your billing info, licenses, download invoices, and contact our support team.

Yes, your subscription can be cancelled at anytime, just email [email protected]. You will retain access to support and updates until your subscription expires, one year from the purchase date.

Your subscription can be canceled anytime after purchase. Once canceled, your license key will not renew automatically and will expire on the expiration date. Once expired, you will no longer receive automatic updates or have access to support. You may manually renew your license at any time to reactivate your subscription.

The Pro add-ons are only available with a Restrict Content Pro plan and cannot be purchased separately.
