Filters whether or not a user can upgrade their subscription.
Parameters:
$can_upgrade (bool) – True if they can upgrade, false if they cannot.
$user_id (int) – ID of the user being checked.
Example:
Disable upgrades for all users:
add_filter( ‘rcp_can_upgrade_subscription’, ‘__return_false’ );
