If set, Restrict Content Pro will not send out any emails, including but not limited to: activation emails, expiration notices, renewal reminders, etc. You may wish to set this constant on staging/development sites to avoid expiration/renewal reminders from being sent out. Otherwise, emails may be sent from both your staging and live sites.
