This filter replaced rcp_get_upgrade_paths in version 3.0.
Filters the membership level upgrades that are available to this membership. This typically includes all active membership levels except the one this membership is already for.
Parameters:
$upgrade_paths (array) – Array of membership level objects that the user is able to upgrade or downgrade the current membership to.
$membership_id (int) – ID of the membership being checked.
$membership (RCP_Membership) – Membership object.
