Filters whether or not a post is restricted in any way (via meta box or term).
Note: This doesn’t check whether or not the current user has permission to view; it just checks if restrictions are present.
Parameters:
$is_restricted (bool) – Whether or not the post is restricted in any way.
$post_id (int) – ID of the post being checked.
