Should you choose to opt-in to our Telemetry tracking, everything that appears in your website’s Site Health page (Tools > Site Health) will be sent to us. This helps us with product development and decision making.

It’s important to know that any plugin/theme developer can choose to add data to this page.

It’s also important to know that we aren’t tracking any personal data about you or your customers. For instance, we’re tracking how many paid members you have, but we don’t know those members names, or email address or anything like that, we simply can see that you have “20 paid members and 10 non paying members”.

This helps guide our decisions as we prioritize which new features to add, and we’re very grateful to the folks who have decided to opt in. It really is more helpful to us than you might think.

Below is a list of things we specifially choose to add to your Site Health page for tracking:

  • Number of paid membership levels
  • Number of free membership levels
  • Number of one-time payment membership levels
  • Number of recurring membership levels
  • Number of paying members (customers)
  • Number of non-paying members (customers)
  • Which add-ons are being used
  • Monthly revenue
  • Which payment gateway is being used
