PayPal Error 10220 – SoftDescriptor
Error Code: 10220 – The Merchant is not enabled to pass SoftDescriptor or SoftDescriptorCity
The above error message can occur when setting up recurring subscriptions if SoftDescriptor is not properly enabled in your PayPal account. To fix it, you’ll need to get in touch with PayPal support and have them update your account settings.
